This luscious coconut chocolate cake is so yummy it doesn't need frosting. Adding whole wheat flour to a cake is usually a recipe for a dry, heavy disaster.

1 cup all-purpose white flour
½ cup graham flour or whole wheat flour
1 cup Coco Treasure's Organic Coconut Sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon Organic Coconut Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup Coco Treasure's Unrefined Extra Virgin Coconut Oil ( melted )
1 cup coconut water
