Noodle Salad that everyone loves..... easy to make changes to so everyone is happy.... ~Our 10 year old Son made this, by himself, for our Thanksgiving Feast this year, It was Fabulous !~

½ pound noodles...we like the fun shapes
1 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
1Tbs of Rice Vinegar
1 ½ Tbs of Sugar
1 cup of Mozzarella cheese
1 cup of Colby Jack cheese
15 oz of corn, drained
6 oz of Olives, cut
¼ tsp of pepper
1/8 tsp of salt, or to taste
2 cups of Crabmeat slightly chopped or pilled shrimp, optional
1 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
1Tbs of Rice Vinegar
1 ½ Tbs of Sugar
1 cup of Mozzarella cheese
1 cup of Colby Jack cheese
15 oz of corn, drained
6 oz of Olives, cut
¼ tsp of pepper
1/8 tsp of salt, or to taste
2 cups of Crabmeat slightly chopped or pilled shrimp, optional
1. Cook noodles as directed and let them cool
2. Combined Mayonnaise, Rice Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Pepper
3. Combined cheeses and crabmeat/shrimp, add to dressing
4. Add Olives and Corn
5. Add the cold Noodles
6. Refrigerate, allowing the flavors to mix!
