1 box of Barilla Veggie Elbows (12oz)
1/4 lb of Boars Head Ham
1 1/4 cup of Hellman's Mayonnaise
1 can of Dole Crushed Pineapple in Heavy Syrup (20oz)
1/3 cup of white sugar
1 tsp of Morton Kosher Salt
1 tsp of McCormick Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp of McCormick Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp of McCormick Onion Powder

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
