3 stalks celery ( thinly sliced )
4 green onions ( sliced thinly )
1 can {11 oz} Mandarin Oranges, drained
Vinaigrette Dressing:
¼ cup oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Caramelized Almonds:
¼ cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoon sugar
