Mango Cilantro Shrimp Slaw
A Latin inspired coleslaw made with mango, cilantro, and shrimp in a sweet and spicy dressing from Seduction in the Kitchen
2 teaspoon Asian chili sauce
2 limes, divided
1 teaspoon sugar
3â„4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
3â„4 lb medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined and chopped
1 (14 ounce) package coleslaw mix
1 mango, peeled and diced
1â„2 small red onion, diced

In a small bowl, blend the mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, sugar and set aside.
In a large bowl, place the coleslaw, mango, onion, cilantro, and the shrimp.
