Mango juice

this recipe is the simplest recipe ever and amazing... the most soothing drink ever!!

1 mango
2-3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup of water
4-5 cubes of ice
cut the mango into cubes and blend in a blender. Add the half cup of water mix well and then sieve into a glass or jug. Add the two or three tablespoons of sugar or more as per your taste and then blend the ice to make it look like slush (tiny bits) and serve in a glass with the slush and a cube of mango.. :-)

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
