Mangoberry Salad

With the fresh fruit + yogurt dressing – this tastes more like a sweet treat! It’s really simple to throw together, and all the ingredients are FRESH! It’s my low-cal version of Zupas’ Mangoberry and I have to say – I LOVE how it turned out!

Salad
1 bag spring mix salad
2 mangoes, peeled and cubed
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 cups fresh diced strawberries
1/2 cup sliced almonds (I used the candied salad-topper almonds)
!Dressing
8 oz vanilla greek yogurt (you could use regular yogurt, too)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 mango, peeled and cubed
1 teaspoon honey
pinch of salt
1 bag spring mix salad
2 mangoes, peeled and cubed

In a large bowl, toss the spring mix, mangoes, blueberries, and strawberries together.
