Manti with Yoghurt Sauce

The recipe below instructs you how to hand make the manti from scratch. We purchased fresh manti from the market. You can also purchase dried manti from Amazon.

Manti Dough
2 cups flour, all purpose (plain) *
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp water as needed
Manti Filling
1/2 lb ground (minced) lamb *
salt, ground sea to taste
black pepper, ground to taste
Yogurt Paprika Sauce
1 lb yogurt thick, Turkish style*
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
3 tbsp butter unsalted
1/2 tsp paprika, mild or hot if you prefer*
1/2 tsp mint, dried dried
