Maple Walnut Oat Banana Bread

A hint of #maple makes for a great #Fall twist on to #banana #bread, a #recipe from Seduction in the Kitchen.
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 oatmeal (regular or quick)
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons nonfat milk
1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

In a bowl add the mashed bananas with both the brown and regular sugar. Mix it up until the sugar is dissolved by the bananas.
