For the Marinade:
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
2 T molasses
2 T Dijon mustard
For the Rub:
1.5 t garlic powder
1 t kosher salt
0.5 t black pepper
For the Glaze:
2 T bourbon
2 T Dijon mustard
2 T packed light brown sugar
canola oil or vegetable oil ( for brushing )
