1 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 Pie crust, baked and cooled.
2 cups whole milk
3 large egg yolks
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon maple syrup
3 Tablespoons butter, cut into small cubes
2 cups whipped cream (or 1 tub cool whip 8 oz.)

1 cup heavy whipping cream
2-3 Tablespoons powdered sugar or sugar
