1 lb chicken breast ( cut into one inch pieces )
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/4 cup coconut aminos ( or gluten free soy )
2 tbsp apple cider vineger
1 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 orange bell pepper ( sliced lengthwise )
1 cups broccoli florets
1 cups brown rice ( uncooked )
2 tbsp garlic
1/2 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp sesame seeds
salt and pepper to taste
