2 pasilla chiles ( or poblano )
1/2 cup carrots
2 tbsp minced garlic
2/3 cup onions ( diced )
29 oz fire roasted tomatoes ( 2 cans )
5 cups chicken broth ( unsalted )
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
salt and pepper ( to taste )
