Meal Prep Fruit Salad
A make-ahead, fresh fruit salad that is ready to go for meal prep, breakfast, lunch or dinner, and will last in your fridge all week.
1 tablespoons honey
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
2 mandarin oranges
1 Granny Smith apple
1 cup strawberries
Mix honey with juice of one lemon.
Clean and cut all fruit into bite sized pieces. Place in bowl and toss gently with lemon juice mixture.
