For the chicken:
12 oz chicken breast ( 4, 3 oz breasts. boneless, skinless )
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup white wine ( omit for paleo )
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
For the rest:
2 cups cauliflower rice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup salsa
limes for serving
