4 salmon fillets

salt and pepper to taste
Salad:
2 cups cucumber ( diced )
1/8 cup jalapeno ( diced )
1/8 cup red onion ( diced )
2/3 cup chickpeas ( drained )
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ( divided )
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
4 salmon fillets
