1 lb. extra lean ground turkey
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 large egg
1/2 cup carrots ( shredded )
1 cup zucchini ( shredded )
1/2 cup white onion ( diced )
2 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
25 oz marinara sauce ( no salt added )
