1 lb ground turkey ( 99% fat free )
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp parmesan
1/2 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
For the Salad:
8 cups romaine lettuce ( chopped )
8 pickles
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1/4 cup red onion ( sliced )
For the Dressing:
2 tbsp low sugar ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
