Meatballs in white sauce

0.500 kg minced meat
1 head onion
1 egg
100 g rice
parsley
1 vegetable broth
100 g flour
savory
black pepper
Salt

For the sauce
3 tsp flour
1 tea cup yogurt
50 g butter
3 eggs
1. Mix minced meat with onion and parsley, add the rice, egg and savory. 2. In a saucepan with boiling water, add the broth and one by one formed meatballs, which are rolled in flour. Cook them until is boiled the rice. 3. In a deep frying pan, heat the butter and pour the pre mixed eggs, yogurt and flour. Stir over low heat until the mixture thickens. 4. Add the mixture to the broth in which are cooked meatballs and stir constantly. You should get a thick sauce. 5. Serve the meatballs with the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
