For the sauce

1. Mix minced meat with onion and parsley, add the rice, egg and savory.
2. In a saucepan with boiling water, add the broth and one by one formed
meatballs, which are rolled in flour. Cook them until is boiled the rice.
3. In a deep frying pan, heat the butter and pour the pre mixed eggs, yogurt and flour. Stir over low heat until the mixture thickens.
4. Add the mixture to the broth in which are cooked meatballs and stir constantly. You should get a thick sauce.
5. Serve the meatballs with the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
