1/2lb cherry tomatoes (rinsed and sliced)
1/2 - 1 cup pitted kalamata olives (sliced)
4-6oz traditional feta cheese
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
2 Small garlic cloves (divided and minced)
