MIXTURE 1
1, 5 kilo all-purpose flour
300 gr semolina
MIXTURE 2
600gr orange juice
600gr vegetable oil
270gr olive oil
Zest from 4 oranges
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons baking soda
7 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons grounded clove
80gr powdered sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla powder
