Sugar cookies decorated to look like a melted snowman.

16 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 egg whites
8 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
large marshmallows
black decorating gel
orange decorating gel
mini chocolate chip
  1. In a large bowl cream the butter and then slowly add in the sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
