225 g (1 cup) sugar
1 teaspoon corn-flour
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

200 g frozen or fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon water
2 teaspoons cornflour
500 ml (2 cups) whipping cream
