Easy chicken nachos seasoned with a homemade Mexicali seasoning.

1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 teaspoons olive oil, divided
1/2 large lime, juiced
1/2 tablespoon dried cilantro
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
13 ounces tortilla chips
8 ounces shredded cheddar jack cheese
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4-1/3 cup finely diced red onion
1/2 orange bell pepper
1-2 roma tomatomes
pickled jalapenos
