A unique recipe for Mexican beef rolls stuffed with bacon and banana and cooked in a mild tomato sauce based on a dish from the cookbook "La Cocina Mexicana de Socorro y Fernando Del Paso."

4 very thin beef steaks about 1 lb of beef
1 lb tomato about 3 large tomatoes, 4 medium
2 bananas
4 strips bacon
1/4 medium white onion
1/2 cup flour
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
