Mexican bread, or conchas as these are traditionally called, is a type of sweet bread very popular in Mexico. It's made with a delightful sugary crust with vanilla, cocoa or cinnamon flavor and is perfect with coffee, for breakfast or a sweet fix.

Step 1. In a large bowl, mix water and yeast, let the yeast dissolve. Add milk, sugar, butter, salt, eggs and 2 cups of flour. Gently fold than add remaining flour.
