Mexican picadillo is a comforting, delicious and inexpensive meal that kids and adults will love.

2 lbs ground beef
1 clove garlic
2 potatoes ( diced )
1 carrot ( diced )
1 jalapeno ( diced )
2 tsp cumin ( ground )
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
