Mexican Pozole

Mexican Pozole is a traditional pork and chilies based soup from Mexico that is served at most major events. It includes hominy, tender pork, and a variety of spices to give it a distinct, and delicious taste.

2 pounds of pork, cut into medium sized cub
6 guajillo chiles, cleaned and strained like in the Barbacoa tacos recipe.
1 Can of hominy
6 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 onion
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of cumin
2 bay leaves

Chopped radish

chopped lettuce
homemade tortilla chips
chopped cilantro
chopped onion
