These Mexican scalloped potatoes take that concept of scalloped potatoes but adds a Mexican flavor to it and makes it a main dish instead of a side dish.

7-8 medium-large russett potatoes, thinly sliced
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
2 teaspoons taco seasoning
1/2 cup no salt added tomato sauce
1 cup salsa
1-2 pinches red pepper flakes, optional
2 cups Alfredo sauce
3 cups shredded colby jack cheese
