Mezzetta memories inspired this recipe. Adapted from Seduction in the Kitchen\'s Antipasto salad recipe, taken to the next level.

1 jar (16 ounces) [Mezzetta|http://ooh.li/58c3385" target="_blank] giardiniera


4 [Mezzetta|http://ooh.li/58c3385" target="_blank] sweet cherry peppers, sliced


1 package of mozzarella pearls


2 thick slices Deli salami


1 thick slice Deli ham


1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni, halved


1/2 large green pepper, cut into chunks


1 can (6 ounces) pitted ripe olives, drained


1/4 cup Olive Oil


1/2 cup of reserved giardiniera liquid


1/8 cup red wine vinegar


1 tablespoon sweet cherry pepper juice


1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


1/4 cup olive oil


1 whole garlic bulb, roasted
