1 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ( plus more for topping )
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips ( plus more for topping )
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes ( plus more for topping )
1/4 cup chia seeds ( or flaxsweed plus more for topping )
