Mild Mapo Tofu

1 tofu ( 300g )
1 ginger
1 garlic
6 oz ground pork ( about 170g )
1/3-2/3 teaspoon tobanjyan ( you like hotter, change 1 teaspoon )
1 tablespoon sesami oil
1 tablespoon miso ( seasoning )
2 tablespoons sake ( seasoning )
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar ( seasoning )
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce ( seasoning )
2/3 cup water ( seasoning )
1 teaspoons chicken broth powder ( seasoning )
1 tablespoon potato or corn starch
2 tablespoon water
1 green onion

Mix all seasonings. Mince green onion, garlic and ginger. Cut a tofu into cubes, about 1 inch( 2.5cm). Boil water in a pot, then add the tofu. Boil it for one minute. After that, drain in a strainer.
