In a jug of 1 ½ quart , mix the orange juice and nectar of fisheries.
Pour the champagne up to half of each glass. Fill the other half of mixture of juice.
Hint: Dip the rim of the glasses of champagne in the water, and then in the sugar to create an icing sugar.
