These mini mushroom pies are ideal for a quick mid-week meal. They are so yummy and making them is as easy as pie.

250 g closed cup mushrooms
2 celery sticks
1 small onion
2 spring onions
2 garlic cloves
1 cup milk
1 tbsp plain flour
