A real fun twist on classic pancakes! Mini pancakes cereal make a fabulous breakfast, a particularly great idea for kids. Such a fun way to eat pancakes! Delicious with any topping you may like.

150 g flour all purpose
1 large egg
35 g sugar
180 ml milk
3 tbsp butter coconut oil or just oil plus a little extra gor greasing the pan
1/3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch salt I used Himalayan
1 tsp vanilla essence

This crispy fried chicken sandwich recipe is better than Chik-Fil-A, Popeye's or McDonald's! The chicken breast is brined in pickle juice, breaded with flavorful seasonings, fried until golden brown, and then piled on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayonnaise. Serve the sandwich with a side of waffle fries and homemade Chik-Fil-A sauce for dipping!

4 chicken cutlets
1/2 c milk
1/2 c dill pickle juice
2 c all purpose flour
2 T confectioners sugar
2 t baking powder
2 t paprika
2 t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder

oil ( for frying )
4 sandwich buns ( buttered and griddled )
