Mini Taco Stuffed Peppers

Mini Taco Stuffed Peppers are the perfect meal for Taco Tuesday! It\\\'s a taco with a different kind of shell! Easy to make and easy to eat!

1.3 lbs ground turkey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 small onion, minced
3/4 cup water
4 oz can tomato sauce
1.5 lbs. of mini sweet bell peppers (1 large bag)
1 Cup shredded cheese
Cilantro Cream Sauce:
½ cup sour cream
½ cup fresh cilantro
½ teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons lime juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown turkey in a large skillet breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks. When no longer pink add dry seasoning and mix well. Add the onion, water and tomato sauce and cover....
