These mint brownies are thick and chewy and irresistibly delicious! Made from scratch brownies, a thin layer of mint frosting and topped with a decadent chocolate frosting. These rich brownies are definitely a favorite!

2 oz semi sweet chocolate
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
Mint Layer:
4 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp milk ( or heavy cream )
1 tsp peppermint extract
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
green food coloring
Chocolate Layer:
6 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp milk
2 1/4 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
