Skillet Loaf Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup packaged cracker crumbs ( or 1 cup cracker crumbs, about 20 crackers )
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup butter ( or 1 can 10-1/2 oz cream of mushroom or celery soup )
Vegetables:
4 to 6 medium sized baking potatoes
2 packages ( 10 oz. each frozen lima or green beans )
