1 PACKAGE Double 8 Cattle Company Miyazakigyu Wagyu Beef Cubes
2 cups Savoy Cabbage ( shredded )
1 Carrot ( peeled and grated )
2 cups Jasmine Rice ( cooked )
4 HEAD Baby Bok Choy
Marinade :
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Sake
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Ginger ( minced )
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic ( minced )
1 tbsp. Grapeseed Oil
2 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tbsp. Chili Oil
2 tsp. Sesame Seeds
3 STALK Green Onion ( sliced thin, green parts only )
Slurry:
1/2 cup Water
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
