1/2 cup Olive Oil ( divided )
1 Red Bell Pepper
12 Baby Tomatoes
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Shallots
3 tbsp. Almonds
2 tbsp. Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. Sherry Vinegar

Naan Bread:
1 cup Warm Water
4 tsp. Yeast
2 tsp. Sugar
6 tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 cup Yogurt
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
5 cups Flour
4 tsp. Garlic ( minced )
2 tbsp. Butter ( melted )
