Mojo Picón or Red Pepper Spread
This recipe is typical from the Canary Islands, is gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tbsp of smoked paprika
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
100 g of raw almonds
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
