2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Molasses
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Cups Chopped Pecans or Almonds (optional)
1 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Molasses
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Cups Chopped Pecans or Almonds (optional)
A) Cream together butter, vanilla & molasses
B) Combine all dry ingredients, then add a little at a time, folding it into creamed mixture
C) Add nuts, and mix well
D) Shape into 1 inch balls, placing them on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
E) Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes, place on coolingg racks, then top or roll in powdered Sugar
