1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch cream of tarter

1 box confectioner\'s sugar
1 8 ounce cool whip
1/2 cup Butter softened
2-3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
2 peppermint candy canes crushed
