What's better on a chilly day than a delicious bowl of hot soup! Well I have the perfect recipe for you. Mommy's Feel Better Soup, named by my son, is one I make all the time especially when someone comes home with the sniffles. It's a great weeknight dinner. Throw all your ingredients into one pot and in less than an hour you will have the most comforting bowl of veggie and meatball soup.

2 carrots - chopped
2 potatoes - chopped
1 onion - chopped
1 celery - chopped
1 10oz package of frozen spinach
3 32oz box of chicken broth - I use Swanson Organic Chicken Broth
salt to taste
little meatballs (optional) ---> see below in notes.
Add all your chopped vegetables and frozen spinach to a large pot Pour in the broth to just about a little more than half way - you may only need two boxes depending on the size of the pot Cook on high heat...

This crispy Oven Fried Chicken recipe is coated with Ranch dressing and dredged in a flavorful blend of Corn Flakes, bread crumbs and zesty seasoning. Use chicken breast, thighs or drumsticks for an oven baked dinner that tastes like it's deep-fried! The easy oven fried chicken is delicious alongside mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, or Southern-style green beans.

1 c Ranch salad dressing
1 c dry breadcrumbs
1 c Corn Flakes cereal crumbs
2 t sugar
2 t paprika
2 t onion powder
2 t garlic powder
2 t kosher salt
1/4 c canola oil
3-4 lbs. bone-in chicken pieces ( skin removed )
