2 bunches fresh broccoli ( can also use frozen, about 1 1/2 bags )
6 boneless ( skinless chicken breasts cooked and cut into pieces if desired )
2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 slices bread
1 Tablespoon butter ( melted )
