3 tbsp. Garlic ( finely minced, divided )
3-inch-long Piece of Ginger ( minced, divided )
2 Serrano Peppers ( thinly sliced )
1 BUNCH Green Onion/Scallions ( cut into 3-inch-long pieces, white and green parts separated )
2 cups Broccoli Florets ( cut into bite-size pieces )
1 Baby Bok Choy ( sliced into 1/4-inch pieces )
Scallion Cauliflower Rice :
1 HEAD Cauliflower ( or 4 CUPS Cauliflower Rice thawed )
