1 (¼ lbs) chicken cut in thin bite size pieces
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion cut in 8-10 wedges
Sauce Ingredients :
1 (½ teaspoon) sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
½ cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ cup chicken broth or water
2 pinches red pepper flakes
4 green onions cut in ¾ inch segment
