3 eggs
1 lb. pork tenderloin
2 cloves garlic
5 oz shiitake mushroomms
14 oz bag coleslaw mix
2 green onions
3/4 t salt
2 T soy sauce
2 T hoisin sauce

2 t sesame oil
1.5 t grated fresh ginger
1/3 c chicken broth ( plus 1 t. cornstarch )
