Pesarattu actually means a Dosa made from moong dal or green moong dal. It is an Indian lentil based pancake or Dosa. Pesarattu served as a breakfast dish with coconut chutney. The recipe for Instant Moong Dal Dosa is quite easy and simple to make.

1/2 cup Whole Moong Soaked
3 tbsp Raw Rice
2 Green Chillies
1 Green Chilli, Finely Chopped
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt To Taste
Oil
3 tbsp Raw Rice
2 Green Chillies
1 Green Chilli, Finely Chopped
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt To Taste
Oil
1. Start by blending all the ingredients together to make the batter.
2. On a hot pan, pour the batter to make the dosa. Add the onions, chili and cumin seed powder on top.
3. Serve hot.
