1 tsp. mustard seeds
1/2 tsp. fenugreek seeds (methi)
3 dried red chillies
to taste Curry leaves
1/2 tsp. hing dissolved in water
3 tbsp fresh curd
to taste Salt
pinch turmeric
to taste Chopped pumpkin
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup coconut
1 tsp. cooking oil

In a mixer, add coconut, cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, curd and grind it together.
